Chateau Jany is a property managed by Schroder & Schyler - The story of the House of Schröder & Schÿler is intimately bound up with that of the Bordeaux wine trade. Over the centuries of its eventful history, marked by wars and changes in political systems, its business became increasingly specialised and its markets more and more diversified. Since our creation in 1739, our wine negociant company has continued to develop its business both in France and internationally.

We benefit from the wisdom gained throughout our long history and experience. We are one of the very few companies remaining fully under the management of the same family for more than 275 years. As a consequence, this allows us the freedom to maintain our permanent quest to seek out the best quality while preserving the long-term durability of our company. Orientated towards the Grands Vins, especially with the ownership of Chateau Kirwan, we have acquired the practical experience to create and select wines of high quality and real personality.
