Their dedication bore fruit in 2000 with the completion of a state-of-the-art winery.

Perched on terraced hillsides, this vineyard, averaging an altitude of 350 meters, boasts a soil predominantly composed of clay and grey limestone. This unique blend, coupled with an exceptional microclimate, bequeaths the estate an unparalleled terroir. Diligent care is bestowed upon the vines using a blend of natural and organic techniques—known as ‘agriculture raisonnée’ in France.
