Established as part of the Grasmere Brewery & Distillery, this artisanal operation is led by founder and distiller Paul Abbott. The distillery prides itself on its "grain-to-glass" approach, meaning that every step of the production process—from fermenting the base wash to distilling and bottling—is done in-house.
