Sancerre Hubert Brochard

Langlois Chateau bought this 18ha property in 2016. It produces wonderfully limpid, elegant yet rich wine from its chalky soils. Fruit from older vines is vinified separately then blended & left on the lees for 6 months.

Hubert Brochard

Established in 1900 in the village of Chavignol, Domaine Hubert Brochard has been crafting wines that capture the essence of Sancerre’s renowned terroirs. Now run by the fifth and sixth generations of the Brochard family, the estate spans 83 hectares across Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé, with vineyards rooted in silex, caillottes, and limestone soils. This diversity allows them to produce expressive, terroir-driven Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir.

At EWGA Wines, we are proud to partner with Domaine Hubert Brochard, who share our commitment to authenticity, quality, and sustainability. Certified HVE (High Environmental Value) and on the path to full organic certification by 2030, they demonstrate true respect for the land.
